The Spokane insurance office, which is the headquarters of the Eastern Washington region, has deep roots in the Spokane community dating back to 1906, which was originally under the ownership of five generations of the Jones family. Throughout the years, the firm flourished and began to purchase several small local insurance agencies, including the insurance arm of Fidelity Mutual Savings Bank. The insurance operations were consolidated under the Fidelity Associates’ name and over the years, Fidelity Associates grew in to the premier full service independently owned insurance brokerage in the Spokane market.

In December of 2014, Fidelity Associates was purchased by HUB International, a top five leading global brokerage that provides a broad array of products and services, including property and casualty, life and health, employee benefits, as well as investment and risk management services.
